To strengthen the technical exchange and cooperation of distilled spirits in various countries, explore the new trend of development in international distilled spirits, improve the scientific research and technology level of Chinese Baijiu industry, promote the technical cooperation of production, education and research, promote the traditional culture of Chinese Baijiu, improve the international popularity and influence of Chinese distilled spirits. The 4th International Distilled Spirits Technical Forum was co-organized by the China National Institute of Food Fermentation Industries, the Yibin Wuliangye Co., Ltd, and the international distilled spirits industry, education and research institutions, it was held in Yibin City, Sichuan Province from December 17th to 19th, 2023.

The conference fee is 1800 yuan/person, including conference materials and meals. A team price of 1500 yuan/person can be enjoyed for 5 or more people in the same unit, and 1200 yuan/person for student representatives. The accommodation hotels are Yibin Huayi Hotel and Yibin Zhixuan Holiday Hotel, which can be booked through the conference team and the cost will be borne by oneself.
