China Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute is one of the institutions drafting Baijiu flavor standards, and the 'Fuyu' flavor standards were officially released on March 9, 2021. Until then, 12 flavors of Baijiu have national standards (among them, Dong flavor standards belong to local standards). In order to meet the needs of  training upgrading and competition of professionals and technicians, experts across the country developed the standards and used it as teaching aids for memory training.


The product includes a variety of standard baijiu samples with twelve different fragrance types, quality grade standard samples of different fragrance types of baijiu, round sample baijiu of sauce fragrance type, and alcohol degree difference samples, etc.
