1. Physiological Health Assessment Service

Based on the research of cell nutrition metabolism, functional food development, functional evaluation and in vivo action mechanism of natural active ingredients, and using the research methods and theories of life science and food science, this paper focuses on DNA damage repair (2015 Nobel Prize in Chemistry), cell autophagy (2016 Nobel Prize in Physiology), oxidative stress, inflammatory response, and apoptosis, follows the concept of evidence-based medicine, integrates a variety of animal models and disease models, and carries out health factor screening, health factor mining and its dose-effect synergy, acute drinking and health in the hepatocyte model, and long drinking and health in the animal model from the whole, tissue, organ to the cell molecular level.


2. Mental Health Assessment Service

Analyzing the mechanism of the antidepressant effect of alcohol on the human body from multiple perspectives such as behavior, pathology, and neuroscience, in order to address psychological health issues caused by alcohol. Analyze the degree of antidepressant effects of different types of alcohol one by one. The saying "drown sorrows with alcohol" has existed since ancient times. So, can drinking alcohol in clinical depression patients improve their mood? At least, from a biochemical perspective, it is possible. Our research findings suggest that alcohol and antidepressants share the same neural and molecular mechanisms of change.
