The forum, themed "Smart Manufacturing and Green Brewing," invited five academicians, over ten international research experts, and more than fifty industry scholars to focus on four key areas: global distilled spirits quality expression and international development, smart manufacturing and ESG strategies, quality enhancement and market consumption, and brewing technology and storage research. This provided attendees with a rich source of innovative ideas and established a platform for academic exchange and achievement display.

The conference centered on "summit forum" exchanges, using formats such as "conference papers" and "posters" to broaden opportunities for technical discussions.

The event featured thematic exhibitions and consumer interaction experience zones, promoting the traditional brewing industry’s transformation towards digitization, intelligence, and greenness from the consumer perspective, and supporting the high-quality development of the international distilled spirits industry. It focused on "innovation and quality" as new productive forces, advancing the high-quality development of the liquor industry.
