During the two-day forum, fermentation technology experts from around the world continued to share their latest research findings. Participants also toured Jingpai Co., Ltd.’s mechanized production line for solid-state Baijiu and its modern facilities for herbal extraction and health wines, exchanging production experiences and insights with Jingpai’s technical staff. 

The biennial International Distilled Spirits Technology Summit, as a comprehensive distilled spirits international conference held in China, has gradually become a valuable platform for connecting China’s distilled spirits industry with the global spirits community. It serves as a window for the Chinese Baijiu industry to stay abreast of international distilled spirits research trends and technological advancements while showcasing the art of traditional Chinese Baijiu brewing.
