The conditions of ethyl acetate production were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment. The ethyl acetate yield of the strain reached 12.92g/L after being cultured in sorghum juice medium at pH6, 28℃ and 2% ethanol for 3 days.
Application scope and usage method
After fermentation in sorghum juice medium, ethyl acetate was produced with strong aroma.
The content of ethyl acetate in the product can be increased from the microbiological point of view to enhance the aroma of the product.
It can provide slanted strains, which can be used step by step after activation.

Medium name: Sorghum juice medium
Medium composition: 7°BX sorghum juice medium, natural pH; YPD medium can also be used for culture.
