The technical achievements of the "Research and Application on the Quality Characteristics and Brewing Ecology of Ganke Sauce Wine" project jointly completed by China Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute, National International Joint Research Center for Wine Quality and Safety and Guizhou Ganke Junfeng Wine Co., LTD., have passed the expert appraisal organized by China Light Industry Federation, and the research technical achievements have reached the international leading level.
