Looking back on 2023, ICAB adhering to the concept of "safety, quality, health, and efficiency", and jointly with domestic and foreign partners to carry out a series of technical research, conference and exhibition, investigation research, training and education cooperation and exchanges, experienced many challenges and opportunities, but also made many breakthrough achievements.

The technical achievements of the "Research and Application on the Quality Characteristics and Brewing Ecology of Ganke Sauce Wine" project jointly completed by China Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute, National International Joint Research Center for Wine Quality and Safety and Guizhou Ganke Junfeng Wine Co., LTD., have passed the expert appraisal organized by China Light Industry Federation, and the research technical achievements have reached the international leading level.

Recently, China Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute, together with the research group of the National International Joint Research Center for Wine Quality and Safety, Yibin Wuliangye Co., Ltd. published research articles on MOLECULES journal (5 years IF=4.9).
