Looking back on 2023, ICAB adhering to the concept of "safety, quality, health, and efficiency", and jointly with domestic and foreign partners to carry out a series of technical research, conference and exhibition, investigation research, training and education cooperation and exchanges, experienced many challenges and opportunities, but also made many breakthrough achievements.

Invited by the Qionglai Municipal government, on December 20, China Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute and National International Joint Research Center for Wine Quality and Safety organized some foreign experts and scholars to visit the distilleries in Qionglai Prefecture, to investigate the development of local whiskey industry and exchange the development trend of domestic and foreign whiskey.

The "Consumer Interactive Experience Area" carried out at the same time of the event, with the intelligent sensory experience plate as the highlight, opened a door to the unknown world of senses for participants, and explored the magical journey of eye movement, brain electricity, and facial micro-expression.
