Research on high quality brewing materials of Xiaoqu clear flavor liquor and its innovative application in automatic brewing
The main reasons for the flavor difference between glutinous sorghum and non-glutinous sorghum were revealed. The research results of the identification and detection method of glutinous sorghum varieties for the first time and the new automatic brewing production line of high-quality glutinous sorghum as raw materials were evaluated on site. Results Ensure the authenticity of brewing raw materials, realize the source control of brewing raw materials, and provide a strong technical guarantee for promoting industry progress and helping product quality upgrading.
