Research on key techniques of rapid identification and purity detection of hop varieties based on SNP-KASP method
Based on the SNP-KASP method of bioinformatics, a rapid identification technique of hop grain varieties was developed for the first time. We completed high-throughput sequencing of 30 hop samples and SNP site screening of hop genome, confirmed the authenticity of SNP sites, proposed the basic principles of SNP site screening among hop varieties, and significantly increased the reliability of SNP sites, realizing the fast and efficient combination of accurate and reliable SNP and KASP technology. The rapid identification technique of hop grain varieties was established. The project realizes the rapid detection of hop particle varieties by using this technology for the first time, which meets the actual production needs of beer enterprises. The research results provide support for the technical progress of the beer industry and fill the gaps in the field of hop particle variety and purity detection at home and abroad.
