"Brewing Master" is a profession that was approved by the national Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in 2008 and written into the "National Occupational Dictionary" with a national standard, with the occupation code of 06-02-06-01. Brewing has a history of thousands of years in China, and the Brewing Master is a profession that has emerged with the continuous development of brewing crafts. Different from the nature and responsibilities of brewing workers, the work of Brewing Masters is reflected at the core of brewing, and their capabilities play a crucial role in shaping the product's features and quality.

China National Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industries is the only national research institute for alcoholic beverages in China. Since the founding of New China, it has been committed to scientific research on alcoholic beverages, quality management, new product development, technical services, and talent training, making significant contributions to boosting development and advancing progress in the industry. The institute has the National Food Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the National Food Fermentation Standardization Center, and the International Joint Research Center for Quality and Safety of Alcoholic Beverages. It is also the nationally recognized company for the authenticity identification of famous Chinese spirits (such as Moutai, Wuliangye, etc.) and the formulation and standardization unit for national standards of various alcoholic beverages including spirits, beer, and wine.

The key issue in learning is the lack of systematic approach, not thoroughly understanding the material, and forgetting what has been learned easily. After passing the theoretical and professional ability training and evaluation examination related to "Brewing Master," the qualified can obtain a professional ability evaluation certificate issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the China Light Industry Federation.
