On July 28, 2023, the "2023 Consumer Goods Industry 'Three Products' National Tour (Guizhou Station) and the 3rd China Traditional Fermented Food Industry Development Conference" was held at the Guiyang International Conference Center. Hosted by the Guizhou Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and China Light Industry Group, and organized by the China National Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industries and the Guizhou Provincial Specialty Food Industry Promotion Association, the conference gathered over a hundred experts and scholars from the industries and scientific research fields such as alcoholic beverages, condiments, pre-cooked dishes, fermented beverages, and tea. They deeply discussed and exchanged ideas on the frontier dynamics and innovative technologies of industry development to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's traditional fermented food industry and drive the industry to achieve high-quality development.
