In order to promote exchanges in the traditional fermented food industry, promote the transformation and upgrading of the traditional fermented food industry, achieve high-quality development, the China National Institute of Food Fermentation Industries, in conjunction with the Guizhou Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and other units, the "2023 Third China Traditional Fermented Food Industry Development Conference" was held at the Guizhou International Conference Center (Guizhou Hotel) from July 28th to 30th, 2023.
