In order to strengthen the exchange and cooperation of beer technology at home and abroad, promote the health and sustainable development of the beer industry, improve the scientific research and technological level of Chinese beer industry, promote the technological cooperation among industry, university and research, strengthen the linkage and application of upstream and downstream technologies in the beer industry, the China Alcohol Industry Association, the China Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute, the State Key Laboratory of Beer Biofermentation Engineering, the National International Joint Research Center for Alcohol Quality and Safety. The 6th (CIBC) China International Beer Conference and the First (Qingdao) Food Biotechnology Innovation International Summit, jointly organized by the Berlin Brewery Institute in Germany and the American Brewing Chemists Association, will be held in Qingdao, Shandong Province from September 12th to 14th, 2023.

The conference fee is 2000 yuan, and the accommodation and food expenses will be borne by oneself (the accommodation and food expenses for the conference hotel are 1600 yuan, with an additional 900 yuan for a single stay).
