Background of the meeting

To strengthen information communication and technological exchange between China and foreign wine industry, and introduce the latest research trends and achievements of wine industry to domestic wine practitioners. The 2015 Xinjiang International Wine Forum, hosted by the Xinjiang Department of Commerce, the Xinjiang Light Industry Management Office, the Wine Branch of the China Winery Association, the China Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute, the Australian Wine Research Institute, and the University of Adelaide in Australia, was held in Urumqi from August 12th to 14th, 2015.
