The 2014 International Distilled Spirits Technical Forum was held in Beijing from October 13th to 15th, 2014, sponsored by the China National Institute of Food Fermentation Industries, the Baijiu Branch of China Alcohol Industry Association, and the National International Joint Research Center for Liquor Quality and Safety, and co-organized by the French Cognac Technology Center, the Scotch Whisky Research Institute, the British International Brewing and Distilled Liquor Research Center, the Russian Vodka Research Center, and the Japan Brewing Association. More than 150 representatives including distilled spirits experts, scholars and entrepreneurs from more than ten countries and regions, which include China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Japan, and Southeast Asia, participated in this forum.
