On the proteinase-producing medium (skim milk powder medium), the diameter of the colony is 0.7±0.1cm, and the transparent circle of 3.03±0.15cm can be produced. The protease activity of ICAB 2035 was 1035.56 ± 40.09.

Cultivation requirements for bacterial strains
Aerobic type: aerobic
Culture temperature: 37℃
Medium name: Nutrient broth medium
Medium ingredients: Peptone 10g, beef infusion powder 3g, sodium chloride, 5g, pH7.2, dissolved in 1L water. The addition of 5mg MnSO4·H2O in bacillus culture is conducive to the production of spores.
Use of commercial finished media is recommended.
