In order to build “The Belt and Road" with high quality, strengthen the global distilled spirits innovative technology exchanges and cooperation, discuss the new trend of international distilled spirits development, spread the culture and promote the internationalization of Chinese Baijiu, the 5th International Distilled Spirits Technology Forum 2024 is jointly organized by China Alcohol Drinks Association (CADA), China National Research Institute Of Food & Fermentation Industries (CNRIFFI), the International Joint Research Center Of Quality And Safety Of Alcoholic Beverage (ICAB), Anhui Gujing Gong Co. The forum will be held in Bozhou City, Anhui Province, from September 12nd to 13th, 2024 (registration on the 11st). Relevant matters are notified as follows.

With the theme of "Intelligent Manufacturing and Green Brewing", the forum will invite top experts around the world, including academicians, famous scholars and distilled spirits enterprises, to deliver keynote speeches focusing on the international development of the world's distilled spirits, market trends and consumption insights, brewing technology and maturation research.
The conference will center around "high-level forum" exchanges, incorporating "conference papers" and "posters" to expand opportunities for technical communication. Additionally, there will be competitions, thematic exhibitions, and consumer interactive experience areas to establish a platform for industry cooperation and exchange, with the goal of leading the industry towards high-quality and sustainable development.

The conference will be conducted in both Chinese and English, with simultaneous interpretation provided. Participants may choose the time for thematic visits based on their personal schedules.
Ⅴ Registration
Conference Fee: ¥1800 per person, including conference materials and meals. A discounted rate of ¥1500 per person is available for groups of 5 or more from the same organization. Student representatives can register for ¥1200 per person.
Accommodation: The conference hotel is the Gujing Distillery Year-Original Liquor Theme Hotel. Reservations can be made through the conference organization, and accommodation expenses are to be covered by the participants.
